What is your approach to counseling?

I value and respect people from all backgrounds and belief systems.  I provide faith informed counseling upon request.  I incorporate clinical experience and education while pulling from different modalities depending on your specific need.

What are your office hours?

I do not keep regular office hours and my schedule varies.  For this reason, I do not accept walk ins.  Please contact me to schedule a 15 minute telehealth/phone consultation. 

What is the cost for therapy?

The fee is $125.00 per clinical hour for individual or couples work.

The fee is $50.00 per hour for supervision.  

I accept cash, check, Venmo, Cash App.  I do not accept insurance at this time.   

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  Late cancellations or no shows will be billed for the full session fee unless agreed upon in advance.

Do you offer both face to face and virtual sessions?

I believe that face to face sessions are optimal.  It allows me to establish a safe space for you and I can assess you more accurately.  However, I understand that there may be circumstances that prevent you from being able to come in and a virtual session may be more appropriate.  We can discuss this during your consultation so that I can meet your individual needs.
